We stayed two weeks in Mistal, October 2015.  A warm and inviting cottage with every amenity. We cannot recommend this cottage highly enough – you won’t be disappointed. Hosts who care, but do not hover.  This is a great central base for day tours and a welcome place to return at the end of the day.

Stayed at Castle House Farm Cottage for the second time, this time in mid winter. Anne and Philip provided exceptional service and the location could not be more spectacular.  Despite a day of storm force wind and driving rain we were very cosy and comfortable in Mistal Cottage.  In my view this is the best place to stay in the Huddersfield/Colne Valley area; well equipped, quiet and fantastic walks.  We also loved having milk from a milk bottle again!  We will be back again.
